To make sure we can assist you efficiently, we've set up a technical support ticket system. You will receive a unique ticket number for each technical support request with a confirmation email. You can easily keep an eye on your ticket's status or chat with us by simply replying to that email. Please make sure to provide a valid email address when submitting your ticket.

P.S. Due to the complexity of requiring integration of a Sheridan shared email, we set up a dedicated Gmail account to back up the email functions. You might notice that all our email responses come from a Gmail address (libtechhub).
